Please note the following life-saving information:

  • Please check our Frequently Asked Questions and Cats 101 to see if your questions are answered there. This is often the fastest and easiest way to find an answer.
  • If this is an emergency, please contact a local veterinarian.
  • Please do NOT take cats or kittens to a city shelter, as they are likely to be killed there within several days. Injured animals are even MORE likely to be put down.
  • If kittens are in danger such as being near a pool or a highway, you need to take quick action and get them to safety.
  • If you are looking for a home for a cat/kitten, we will empower you to take action. If the cat/kitten is in danger, act quickly.
  • Unfortunately SCA's adoption program is at capacity and we can no longer take in any cats or kittens at this time.
