» Happy Caterday
Happy CaterdayRemember every day is a great day to have a cat but Caturday is special. Remember to do something good for your cat. Buy him/her a treat, give an extra pet, buy some cat nip or if you haven't gotten around to it, get them fixed. I might be preaching to the choir here but some people think its cute to see kittens born. I say go to the pound and watch them die and then you won't think it's cute anymore. And don't forget the community cats. They need food, shelter, love and sterilization. I say if the cats in your realm, you have an obligation to go out of your way, even if your BMW might get a little soiled, and take action. Don't think "someone else" will do it. Cats need love too. Some people think cats are "independent." Well, they might be more independent than dogs but they are most dependent on humans for food, shelter and a lotta love. Make this Caturday special by doing something for a cat. May 14, 2011 More Stray Talk |

I commend you for your efforts! There are not enough people like you. I'm in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County and wish there was some one like you that can help the people that try to help, but have to fly under the radar. I wish people who decide to have a cat for a pet, would actually take responsibility for it. That would be half the battle won.

I am currently feeding between 9-13 stray cats, I buy them soft and hard food and also provide them with water M-Friday. After work I always feed my babies and spend time talking to them for 30 minutes or more, for those that allow me, they get pedded, I have been doing this for athe past year, but I feel great, it's like my therapy.
